Children Races

Starting from the playing fields at Shaftesbury School on Hawkesdene Lane, Shaftesbury SP7 8NU.

Races will start approximately 5 mins after the start of the main race.

There will be 4 separate races:

  • 5’s and under ( ½ mile)
  • 6 - 8 ( ½ mile )
  • 9 - 11 ( 1 mile )
  • 12 - 14 ( 1 mile )

    • Entries

    Entries are on the day only, adults are welcome to join in for free.

    Course

    One lap of the course is approximately ½ mile.

    Awards

    The award presentation will take place at about 12:30 in the hall where registration takes place.

    Prizes are awarded as follows:

  • 1st and 2nd 5’s and under boy and girl,
  • 1st and 2nd 6-8 boy and girl,
  • 1st and 2nd 9-11 boy and girl,
  • 1st and 2nd 12-14 boy and girl

    • All runners will receive a Gold Hill Certificate.
